How do I join humaneer?
Having a safe space for HR to ask questions and feel free to be themselves is extremely important to us so that is why we want to make sure that everyone that joins humaneer works in HR. We think of HR like a big umbrella and everyone from talent acquisition to HR generalist to workplace health and safety is welcome.
Before you get access we want to make sure you do work in HR so that we continue to maintain this safe space for HR. We will approve requests to join within 24 hours.

Hey Annie, Careen and Kim here 👋
We are the humans behind humaneer.
We are so proud of the space we have created for HR with HR.
So how did humaneer begin? Well, we all come from 20+ years in the HR and People space, needless to say, we have lived it, breathed it and get it. We understand the uniqueness of the HR role, and the impact that working as a HR professional can have on humans both professionally and personally.
humaneer began when Careen called Kim and asked the question..."why is there no HR for HR support?" This simple question started the rocket engine, now here we are. This space has been built to be a safe place to learn, connect and support each other. Making HR easier, together is fundamentally important to each of us.
What else inspires us?
We are incredibly passionate about transforming HR processes and elevating the people behind them (that's you!). That’s why we have built Mak, your intelligent AI Assistant for HR. MAK is your AI tool that will ultimately save you time and transform the way you currently work in HR.
Across the Tasman Sea, in beautiful New Zealand, another visionary founder, Annie Johnson, had been on a similar mission. Like us, she was crafting a productivity tool specifically for HR professionals.
When we met Annie to discuss our visions, something magical happened. We quickly realised that not only did our visions align, but our approaches to supporting you, our HR community, were remarkably in sync.
So we joined forces, and now we are a team of three! Three HR professionals, three working parents, and three people determined to make HR easier
We want to thank you, our incredible humaneer community, for your continued support and trust. You inspire us every day, and we can't wait to show you what we can achieve together.
